Our team is lead by our principal, James Hall, a registered migration agent for Australia (since 2004), and licensed immigration adviser for New Zealand (since 2008). James is also a qualified education agent counsellor, trained to teach IELTS by the British Council, and was previously a PMP certified Project Manager in the IT industry.

James provides contrinuing professional development to registered migration agents and lawyers through Legal Training Australia.
Our team also includes Desmond Ang, also registered and licensed, and a multi skilled team with experience in finance, IT, engineering and many other areas.
Our principal, James Hall, is recognised as a leader in the industry. He is regularly invited to speak at international immigration conferences, authors articles for magazines on immigration matters, consults to other immigration practitioners, and teaches continuing professional development classes for the industry.
With a noticeable lack of professional migration agencies managed by qualified professionals outside of Australia and New Zealand, James first established Australia Migration Agency in Singapore in 2003. While NZ Migration Agency was established separately, in 2013 they were merged to form ANZ Migrate Pte Ltd (formerly known as ANZ Migration). James has also partnered with or supported the establishment of offices internationally.
