Concreter's Labourer

Description

Perform a variety of routine tasks associated with preparing, erecting and repairing structures and facilities, excavating earth and clearing and levelling sites, demolishing and dismantling buildings and structures, and removing and disposing of asbestos.

Tasks include

• Assists with concrete mixing, pouring and finishing
• Spreads and levels concrete surfaces
• Installs reinforcement materials under supervision
• Handles and transports concreting materials and tools
• Prepares worksites by cleaning and organising materials
• Assists with the setup and dismantling of formwork
• Assists with the placement and alignment of concrete forms
• Cleans and maintains concreting tools and equipment
