• Interprets musical scores and communicates artistic vision to performers
• Collaborates with Composers, arrangers and musicians to create new musical works
• Auditions and selects musicians for ensembles and orchestras
• Provides guidance and feedback to musicians to improve their performance
• Coordinates with venue staff and technical crew to ensure smooth execution of performances
• Promotes and markets musical performances to attract audiences
• Manages budgets and financial resources for musical productions
